Rent-to-own program:
For first time buyers not able to afford to buy at this time, This program helps get into a
the home they like to buy on a rent-to-own basis while they save up for down payment,

improve their income or credit score with the option to buy in 2-5 years time at a pre-
determined or at a price mutually agreed upon.

Own-to-rent program:
This program helps seniors/retirees who like to continue living in the comfort of their
home and wanting to sell their home or take most of their equity out to support their
retirement life or home care expenses but otherwise will not qualify at the bank.
